New User Form & Set-up Form
Please find the instructions below to add a new client:

1. Please complete the 4 sections below to add a new user and/or client file to the e-Dashboard.

2. Payment will be processed by our accounting department.

3. Our Help Desk will be set-up the account within 24 to 48 business hours and an e-mail will be sent to you with a username and password.

All Fields marked (*) are required.

2. e-Dashboard LICENSE TYPE:

Admin License - Add additional License for Accountant's to e-Dashboard (Number of Users to Add)
Client License - Add access for the client to use e-Dashboard (Number of Users to Add)
Non-Client License - Add access for the client file to the e-Dashboard (Number of Files to Add) Definition: Any QBW files stored and accessed on the e-Dashboard that only the admin has access to
Fax to Inbox? (Yes or No)*

3. QUICKBOOKS INFORMATION:
QuickBooks File Name .QBW?*
Please note: this must be the exact file name or else the QBW file will not open on the dashboard until you contact us with the proper name.

Please Note: If you or your clients want to scan documents into the system using a scanner not purchased by RTB, the scanner needs to be TWAIN compliant. If the scanner is not purchased by RTB and you want it programmed with one-touch capabilities, you will be charged a one time setup fee of $75.00
