Yes, both you and your client will have access to the e-Dashboard™ at the same time. Further, with the Admin Plus license you will be able to shadow your client for consulting and training.


Support is available for Mac users provided they have the required components installed and configured correctly. Java support will allow basic use only, and is available to Mac clients who are unable to install or configure the required software.
