Can I run your program on my own web server or on my PC or desktop?
No. We provide an Internet-based product. All you need is access to the Web and a browser.
How secure is my data?
The data center where our servers are located is secure and feature load balancing and firewalls. Integrity is further supported by a redundant Raid array, a large uninterruptible power supply (UPS), and automatic nightly data backups.
Do you provide training for the Real Time Bookkeeping System?
Yes, the RTB University is a 2-day seminar that will train you on all the features of the RTB System which includes software, hardware, and business development. Contact us for details.
What kind of customer support do you offer?
Telephone and email support are included in all maintenance contracts. During business hours (8:00AM-5:00PM PST) live chat support is available. When calling with an issue you will be given a support ticket with calls handled in the order they are received.
Do you offer multi-user access to the e-Dashboard™?
Yes, both you and your client will have access to the e-Dashboard™ at the same time. Further, with the Admin Plus license you will be able to shadow your client for consulting and training.
Do you support MACs?
Support is available for Mac users provided they have the required components installed and configured correctly. Java support will allow basic use only and is available to Mac clients who are unable to install or configure the required software.
